Fire Roasted Corn and Black Bean Tostadas with Tuna
Ingredients
- 1 package Good Catch Tuna “naked in water”
- 1/2 cup fire roasted corn
- 1/3 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp sliced jalapeño
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 tostadas
Preparation
Stir together ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Spoon onto 4 tostadas and enjoy.
