Homemade Vegan Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread, toasted
  • 10g flour
  • Water for dipping
  • 45g Violife foods cheese block
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Blend the toasted bread slice in a blender to make bread crumbs.

  3. Place the bread crumbs in a dish and season with garlic and onion powder.

  4. Place flour in a separate dish.

  5. Place water in another dish.

  6. Cut the cheese block into 3 equal sticks.

  7. For each stick, dip in water, roll in flour, and repeat the process, then roll in bread crumbs and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until melted.
