Homemade Vegan Mozzarella Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 slice bread, toasted
- 10g flour
- Water for dipping
- 45g Violife foods cheese block
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Blend the toasted bread slice in a blender to make bread crumbs.
Place the bread crumbs in a dish and season with garlic and onion powder.
Place flour in a separate dish.
Place water in another dish.
Cut the cheese block into 3 equal sticks.
For each stick, dip in water, roll in flour, and repeat the process, then roll in bread crumbs and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until melted.
