Sweet and Spicy Tofu Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 package extra firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 cups chopped veggies, optional
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Preparation
Saute the onion and garlic in a large skillet for 4-5 minutes until fragrant.
Add the carrots and let them cook.
Meanwhile, whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Add the tofu and veggies to the pan.
Pour in the sauce.
Stir to incorporate and cook until the veggies are tender.
Toss with sesame oil and serve warm.
