Baked Chocolate Peanut Bread Pudding Delight
Ingredients
- 110g pears
- 80g blueberries
- 120g soordoo bread
- 1 egg
- 200ml almond milk
- chocolate peanut bar
- almonds
- nuttvia
- pbfit.uk drizzle
- halotopuk peanut butter cup ice cream
Preparation
Cook down 110g pears and 80g blueberries for the bottom layer.
Soak 120g soordoo bread in 1 egg and 200ml almond milk for 10 minutes beforehand.
Bake the mixture for 30 minutes at 180C.
Top with a chocolate peanut bar, almonds, nuttvia, pbfit.uk drizzle, and halotopuk peanut butter cup ice cream.
