Baked Chocolate Peanut Bread Pudding Delight

Ingredients

  • 110g pears
  • 80g blueberries
  • 120g soordoo bread
  • 1 egg
  • 200ml almond milk
  • chocolate peanut bar
  • almonds
  • nuttvia
  • pbfit.uk drizzle
  • halotopuk peanut butter cup ice cream

Preparation

  1. Cook down 110g pears and 80g blueberries for the bottom layer.

  2. Soak 120g soordoo bread in 1 egg and 200ml almond milk for 10 minutes beforehand.

  3. Bake the mixture for 30 minutes at 180C.

  4. Top with a chocolate peanut bar, almonds, nuttvia, pbfit.uk drizzle, and halotopuk peanut butter cup ice cream.
