Chocolate Mousse Oreo Layered Parfaits
Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2.5 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 220 grams dark chocolate 70%
- 140 grams gluten-free Oreos
- 1.5 cups coconut yogurt
Preparation
Add a drizzle of vanilla extract and maple syrup to 1.5 cups coconut yogurt and stir to make the yogurt mixture.
Place all mousse ingredients except the melted chocolate, coconut yogurt mixture, and Oreos into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the melted dark chocolate to the blender and blend until completely combined.
In serving pots, add a layer of mousse, then coconut yogurt mixture, then crushed Oreos, and repeat, finishing with a layer of yogurt and crushed Oreos on top.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours.
