Mango Black Goji Parfaits Made with Black Goji Powder
Ingredients
- 1. layer: chia pudding with black goji powder (1 cup of almond milk, 4 tbsp of chia, 1 tbsp of maple syrup and 1 tbsp of goji powder )
- 2. Mango lassi: 1 mango blend with 250 ml of yogurt, 1/2 lemon juice, a bit of cardamom
- 3. Chocolate granola (oats gf, buckwheat , sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, cocoa, chocolate chips and coconut oil)
- 4. Fresh mango with a touch of lavender
