Mango Black Goji Parfaits Made with Black Goji Powder

Ingredients

  • 1. layer: chia pudding with black goji powder (1 cup of almond milk, 4 tbsp of chia, 1 tbsp of maple syrup and 1 tbsp of goji powder )
  • 2. Mango lassi: 1 mango blend with 250 ml of yogurt, 1/2 lemon juice, a bit of cardamom
  • 3. Chocolate granola (oats gf, buckwheat , sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, cocoa, chocolate chips and coconut oil)
  • 4. Fresh mango with a touch of lavender
