Pecan Pie Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 85g pudding rice
  • 100 ml Arla Dairy UK Bob milk
  • Nkdliving caramel stevia drops
  • Foodie flavours creamy buttery caramel flavour
  • Salted caramel flavouring
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp black treacle

Additions

  • 4 pecan halves
  • 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • 7 pecan halves
  • 7g Dr. Oetker bakes dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice mixture on the hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy.

  2. Grate 4 pecan halves and stir them into the rice.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce, 7 pecan halves, and 7g dark chocolate.

  4. Serve immediately.
