Pecan Pie Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 85g pudding rice
- 100 ml Arla Dairy UK Bob milk
- Nkdliving caramel stevia drops
- Foodie flavours creamy buttery caramel flavour
- Salted caramel flavouring
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp black treacle
Additions
- 4 pecan halves
- 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce
- 7 pecan halves
- 7g Dr. Oetker bakes dark chocolate
Preparation
Cook the rice mixture on the hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy.
Grate 4 pecan halves and stir them into the rice.
Add 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce, 7 pecan halves, and 7g dark chocolate.
Serve immediately.
