Ingredients

  • 85g pudding rice
  • 100ml Arla Dairy UK Bob milk
  • Water to top up to 450ml total liquid
  • Stevia drops
  • Raspberry flavouring
  • 3 teaspoons raspberry jam
  • 4 mini Jammy Dodgers biscuits

Preparation

  1. Combine pudding rice, milk, water to reach 450ml total liquid, stevia drops, and raspberry flavouring in a pot

  2. Cook the mixture for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy

  3. Stir in raspberry jam

  4. Chop three Jammy Dodgers and mix them in, then place one whole Jammy Dodger on top
