Creamy Biscoff Rice Pudding Delight
Ingredients
- 85g pudding rice
- 100ml Arla Dairy UK Bob milk (part a)
- Water to top up to 450ml
- 1 tbsp NKD Living erythritol gold (0.5)
- Caramel stevia drops
- Foodie Flavours buttery caramel flavouring
- 1 x Lotus Biscoff UK mini (1.5)
- 1/2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff UK spread (2.5)
- 1 x Biscoff mini (1.5)
Preparation
Cook pudding rice with Arla Dairy UK Bob milk and water on the hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy.
Add erythritol gold, caramel stevia drops, and buttery caramel flavouring to the cooked rice.
Crush 1 Lotus Biscoff mini and mix into the pudding.
Spread 1/2 tbsp of Lotus Biscoff spread on top of the pudding.
Place another Biscoff mini on top as a garnish.
Serving suggestion
Serve warm for a comforting breakfast or dessert.
