Halloween Caramel Acid Bath Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 85g pudding rice
  • 100ml Arla Dairy UK bob milk
  • 350ml water
  • Green and yellow food colors
  • Caramel stevia drops

Decorations

  • 7g white couverture chocolate for skulls
  • 15g marzipan for ribs and pelvis
  • 1 tablespoon Sainsbury's salted caramel sauce
  • Green and yellow food coloring

Preparation

  1. Combine pudding rice, milk, water, green and yellow food colors, and caramel stevia drops in a pot and cook on hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy

  2. Mix salted caramel sauce with green and yellow food coloring and microwave for 7 seconds

  3. Shape marzipan into ribs and pelvis forms

  4. Use white chocolate skulls as decoration and assemble the dish by pouring the colored sauce over the rice pudding
