Voodoo Gingerbread Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 85g pudding rice
- 100ml Arla Dairy UK bob milk
- 350ml water
- 1 tablespoon NKD Living erythritol gold
- Caramel stevia drops
- 1 tablespoon black treacle
- 1 tablespoon Monin UK sugar free gingerbread syrup
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread caramel
- Hotel Chocolat dark chocolate gingerbread chocolate
- 2 Sainsbury's gingerbread men
- White chocolate skull
- Dark chocolate bats
Preparation
Cook the pudding rice with milk and water on the hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy.
Add the erythritol, caramel stevia drops, black treacle, gingerbread syrup, and gingerbread caramel; stir well to combine.
Garnish with dark chocolate gingerbread chocolate, gingerbread men, white chocolate skull, and dark chocolate bats before serving.
