Creamy Biscoff Rice Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • 85g pudding rice
  • 100 ml Arla Dairy UK milk
  • Water to top up to 450ml total liquid
  • 3/4 tablespoon NKD Living erythritol gold
  • Caramel stevia drops
  • 1 Lotus Biscoff mini biscuit
  • 1 tablespoon Biscoff spread
  • 1 Lotus Biscoff mini biscuit

Preparation

  1. Combine the pudding rice, milk, water, erythritol gold, and caramel stevia drops in a pot.

  2. Cook on the hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy.

  3. Crush one Lotus Biscoff mini biscuit and stir it through the mixture.

  4. Add the Biscoff spread on top.

  5. Crumble the second Lotus Biscoff mini biscuit over the top.
