Cherry Bakewell Rice Pudding for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1.5 tablespoons morello cherry compote
- 1 tablespoon raspberry coulis
- 85 grams pudding rice
- 100 milliliters 1% milk
- cold water to total 450 milliliters liquid
- Stevia drops
- Moroccan almond extract
- cherry flavouring
Topping
- 2 mini shortbreads
- 0.5 glacé cherry
Preparation
Combine rice, milk, water, cherry compote, raspberry coulis, Stevia drops, Moroccan almond extract, and cherry flavouring in a pot
Cook on hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy
Crush shortbreads and sprinkle around the edge
Top with half a glacé cherry
