Black Forest Dutch Baby

Ingredients

  • Batter (flour, eggs, milk)
  • Stevia drops
  • Moroccan almond extract
  • Vanilla extract
  • Kvarg white chocolate
  • Morello cherry compote
  • Dark chocolate callets
  • Glacé morello cherry
  • Erythritol icing

Preparation

  1. Prepare the batter by following the Yorkshire pudding recipe in the highlights. Add stevia drops, Moroccan almond extract, and vanilla extract to the batter (omit salt and pepper).

  2. Heat a skillet on the stove and pour in the batter. Transfer to the oven and bake at 220C for 12 minutes.

  3. Once done, remove from the oven and top with kvarg white chocolate, morello cherry compote, dark chocolate callets, glacé morello cherry, and dust with erythritol icing.
