Haunted Chocolate Caramel Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 85g pudding rice
- 100ml milk
- Water to top up to 550ml total liquid
- 1.5 tablespoons sukrin gold
- 3 teaspoons Morrisons cocoa powder
Garnish
- 3g white chocolate ghosts and bats
- 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
- 1 Cadbury white chocolate button
Preparation
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook on the hob for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and gloopy.
Add the garnish on top before serving.
