Haunted Chocolate Caramel Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 85g pudding rice
  • 100ml milk
  • Water to top up to 550ml total liquid
  • 1.5 tablespoons sukrin gold
  • 3 teaspoons Morrisons cocoa powder

Garnish

  • 3g white chocolate ghosts and bats
  • 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
  • 1 Cadbury white chocolate button

Preparation

  1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan.

  2. Cook on the hob for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and gloopy.

  3. Add the garnish on top before serving.
