Ingredients

- Rice (Arborio, Carnaroli, or Roma)
- Milk
- Water
Preparation
Cook the pumpkin in the oven until soft, then puree it
Mix the puree with water to create a cooking base
Cook the rice in the pumpkin base until nearly done
Add milk and let the mixture finish cooking off heat with the pot covered
Tips
Use Arborio, Carnaroli, or Roma rice for best results
Adjust the amount of milk based on desired creaminess and absorption
