Fragrant Pandan Infused Rice
Ingredients
- 500 grams rice
- 600 milliliters medium coconut milk
- Water as needed
- 15 pandan leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Preparation
Blend the coconut milk with the pandan leaves and strain.
Boil the pandan-infused coconut milk mixture.
After it boils, add the rice and salt.
Cook the rice until it is half-cooked; if it is still too hard, add water gradually.
Steam the rice until fully cooked, about 30-45 minutes.
Serve the pandan rice with complementary dishes.
