Egg-Free Coconut Milk Palm Sugar Agar-Agar
Ingredients
- 1 packet of 10g agar-agar string
- 5 cups water
- 1 block palm sugar
- 1 small box Kara coconut milk
- 2 pandan leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Cook the agar-agar with water until it boils.
Add palm sugar and salt, then add the knotted pandan leaves.
Cook until it boils again and stir constantly.
Add the coconut milk and stir continuously until it bubbles.
Turn off the heat and strain into a mold.
Cool in the refrigerator until set, then cut into pieces.

This dessert sets quickly and is very delicious.
