Roti Kapal Coconut Milk Stew
Ingredients
- Roti kapal (1 pack, approximately RM5)
- 5 tablespoons coarse sugar (adjust for sweetness)
- Coconut milk (to taste)
- Pandan leaves
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Heat a pot and melt the sugar until liquid.
Add coconut milk, salt, pandan leaves, and roti kapal.
Cook on low heat until the mixture boils and the bread expands.
Turn off the heat and the dish is ready.
Notes
This recipe is similar to making pengat pisang or other sweet porridges.
