Jackfruit and Sweet Potato Kolak
Ingredients
- Sweet potato
- Jackfruit
- Pandan leaves
- Palm sugar
- Coconut milk
- Salt (a little)
Preparation
Boil water, add sweet potato and pandan leaves, and cook until sweet potato is half cooked.
Add palm sugar and cook until it dissolves completely.
Add jackfruit, coconut milk, and a little salt.
