Bomb Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
- •Sauté 3 garlic cloves minced and 1/2 cup diced onions in avo or coconut oil until fragrant
- •add in 2 sliced carrots
- •2 cups cauliflower rice
- •large handful green beans halved
- •1/2 red bell pepper diced
- •2 celery stalked diced
- •1-2 cups mushrooms sliced
- •1-2 tsp turmeric
- •1 tsp onion powder
- •2 tbsp coconut aminos (or substitute with water, S&P)
- •Cayenne to desired spice
- Cook to desired texture. I like my veggies slightly crunchy and mushrooms soft
