Bomb Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • •Sauté 3 garlic cloves minced and 1/2 cup diced onions in avo or coconut oil until fragrant
  • •add in 2 sliced carrots
  • •2 cups cauliflower rice
  • •large handful green beans halved
  • •1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • •2 celery stalked diced
  • •1-2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • •1-2 tsp turmeric
  • •1 tsp onion powder
  • •2 tbsp coconut aminos (or substitute with water, S&P)
  • •Cayenne to desired spice
  • Cook to desired texture. I like my veggies slightly crunchy and mushrooms soft
