  • 500g jap pumpkin, peeled ⁣⠀
  • 1 cup (180g) @forbiddenfoods brown rice⁣⠀
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder⁣⠀
  • 1 tbsp rosemary⁣⠀
  • 1 tsp cinnamon⁣⠀
  • 1 tbsp olive oil⁣⠀
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (recently declared fodmap friendly!) ⁣⠀
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)⁣⠀
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream⁣⠀
  • 1 lime⁣⠀
  • 2 tbsp almond milk ⁣⠀
  • a handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley⁣⠀
  • salt and pepper to season⁣⠀
