- 500g jap pumpkin, peeled ⠀
- 1 cup (180g) @forbiddenfoods brown rice⠀
- 1 tbsp paprika powder⠀
- 1 tbsp rosemary⠀
- 1 tsp cinnamon⠀
- 1 tbsp olive oil⠀
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (recently declared fodmap friendly!) ⠀
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)⠀
- 1/2 cup coconut cream⠀
- 1 lime⠀
- 2 tbsp almond milk ⠀
- a handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley⠀
- salt and pepper to season⠀
