Nourishing Bowl
Ingredients
- Filled with massaged kale
- baked tofu
- baked sweet potato
- cucumber
- roasted Brussel sprouts
- mushrooms
- some spicy kraut and lots of tahini
Preparation
For the baked tofu, set the oven to 400F
In a container just toss together 1 tbsp tahini, pinch of salt and 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Take the pieces of tofu and place on a lined baking sheet
Place in oven and bale for 20 to 25 minutes
