Nourishing Bowl

Ingredients

  • Filled with massaged kale
  • baked tofu
  • baked sweet potato
  • cucumber
  • roasted Brussel sprouts
  • mushrooms
  • some spicy kraut and lots of tahini

Preparation

  1. For the baked tofu, set the oven to 400F

  2. In a container just toss together 1 tbsp tahini, pinch of salt and 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  3. Take the pieces of tofu and place on a lined baking sheet

  4. Place in oven and bale for 20 to 25 minutes
