British Indian Yogurt Mint Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250g natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp mint sauce
  • 1.5 tsp sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.

  2. Let it stand for ten minutes to allow the sugar to fully dissolve and the flavors to develop, then stir again and serve or refrigerate for later.

Notes

  1. This sauce serves 3 people and is ideal for accompanying British Indian dishes such as Chicken Shashlik.
