Grape Yogurt Gelatin Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of chilled grape juice
- 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
- Sweetener to taste, such as erythritol
Preparation
Heat and dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of water according to the package instructions.
Mix the dissolved gelatin with 1 cup of chilled grape juice thoroughly.
Add 1/2 cup of natural yogurt.
Sweeten to taste, for example with erythritol.

This recipe uses fewer chemical ingredients such as artificial sweeteners, refined sugar, preservatives, and monosodium glutamate.
