Grape Yogurt Gelatin Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of chilled grape juice
  • 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
  • Sweetener to taste, such as erythritol

Preparation

  1. Heat and dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of water according to the package instructions.

  2. Mix the dissolved gelatin with 1 cup of chilled grape juice thoroughly.

  3. Add 1/2 cup of natural yogurt.

  4. Sweeten to taste, for example with erythritol.

Notes
