Healthy Beetroot Smoothie with Fruits and Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked beetroot
- 1/2 cup deseeded custard apple
- 1 apple
- 1/4 cup soaked almonds
- 1 tbsp Maca powder
- chia seeds
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- a bit of coconut sugar
Preparation
Blitz all the ingredients together except coconut sugar.
Add a bit of coconut sugar to sweeten it.
Consume the smoothie as needed throughout the day.
