Healthy Beetroot Smoothie with Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked beetroot
  • 1/2 cup deseeded custard apple
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup soaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder
  • chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • a bit of coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Blitz all the ingredients together except coconut sugar.

  2. Add a bit of coconut sugar to sweeten it.

  3. Consume the smoothie as needed throughout the day.
