Blueberry and Acai Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
- 1 heaped tsp of cashew butter
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- Splash of nut milk
- 1 tsp of acai powder
Boosters
- 1 tsp of Baobab
Toppings
- Coconut chips
- Melted dark choc
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Optionally, add boosters to the blender and blend again or stir in.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the toppings on top.
