Blueberry and Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tsp of cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • Splash of nut milk
  • 1 tsp of acai powder

Boosters

  • 1 tsp of Baobab

Toppings

  • Coconut chips
  • Melted dark choc
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Optionally, add boosters to the blender and blend again or stir in.

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  4. Add the toppings on top.
