Acai and Cacao Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 x packet of frozen Acai
- 1 banana
- 2 dates
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/2 apple
- 1 heaped teaspoon of cashew butter
- 2 heaped tablespoons of cacao powder
- 2 heaped tablespoons of pumpkin and chia super protein powder
- approximately 200ml of whole mylk
Toppings
- roasted cashews
- coconut chips
- apple slices
- cacao nibs
- choc shot
- dollop of date caramel
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Top the smoothie with roasted cashews, coconut chips, apple slices, cacao nibs, choc shot, and a dollop of date caramel.
This combination of acai and cacao is great and will perk you up as a breakfast option.
