Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Pancakes Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 100g buckwheat flour
  • 1-2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1 heaped tbsp soy yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp apple sauce
  • a dash of plant milk of choice
  • water

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Add a dash of plant milk and water until it gets a creamy texture. It shouldn’t be too runny, but also not too thick.

  3. Add the soy yoghurt and the apple sauce and mix both well in. Now the dough is ready. If you’re not in a rush, I suggest to let it rest for about 10min.

  4. Now it’s time to bake them! Heat a non-stick pan on the stove and once it’s hot, take about one tablespoon of the dough and let it bake on one side until it makes bubbles.

  5. Turn the pancake and let it bake until it’s golden.

  6. Top it with whatever you like.
