Healthy Wholegrain Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain wholemeal flour.
  • 1 tbsp chickpea flour.
  • pinch of pink salt.
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds.
  • 1.5 cup of plant milk.

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together & set aside for 10 minutes so all the ingredients bind

  2. You'll probably need to add a little more milk & mix again until you have a runny batter

  3. Heat a little oil in a non stick pan (important) on a low heat

  4. Pour in the batter into the centre & hold pan at an angle so the batter thinly covers the pan base

  5. Turn up the heat a little & cook for 2-3 minutes

  6. Flip & cook the other side for a couple of minutes
