Homemade Tortilla Nachos with Guacamole

Ingredients

  • whole tortilla wraps
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • cayenne pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • half an avocado
  • cherry tomatoes
  • red onion
  • vegan bean chilli
  • almond yogurt

Guacamole components

  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Fold tortilla wraps and cut them into smaller triangles to make nachos.

  2. Place the cut tortilla pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  3. Season them with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes until crispy.

  5. Smash half an avocado in a bowl.

  6. Cut up cherry tomatoes and red onion.

  7. Combine the avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a bowl, then add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make guacamole.

  8. Assemble the nachos in a bowl with vegan bean chilli and top with almond yogurt for a fresh touch.
