Jammy Iced Buns

Ingredients

  • 50g self raising flour (i use gf)
  • 50g thick yoghurt (i use plain soya)
  • 2 tsp any jam
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar mixed with water plus any sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Mix flour and yoghurt in a small bowl or mug to make a dough

  2. Roll out onto a floured surface and make two sausage shapes

  3. Pop them in the oven on a buttered baking tray and cook on 180c/350f/gas mark 4 for 12 minutes

  4. Once cool, top with icing sugar mixed with water and pour over sprinkles

  5. Use a teaspoon to dig out a bit of the bun from the side and fill with jam
