Jammy Iced Buns
Ingredients
- 50g self raising flour (i use gf)
- 50g thick yoghurt (i use plain soya)
- 2 tsp any jam
- 2 tbsp icing sugar mixed with water plus any sprinkles
Preparation
Mix flour and yoghurt in a small bowl or mug to make a dough
Roll out onto a floured surface and make two sausage shapes
Pop them in the oven on a buttered baking tray and cook on 180c/350f/gas mark 4 for 12 minutes
Once cool, top with icing sugar mixed with water and pour over sprinkles
Use a teaspoon to dig out a bit of the bun from the side and fill with jam
