Quick and Easy Gluten-Free Mini Pizza

Ingredients

Base

  • 4 tbsp self raising flour (I used @dovesfarm glutenfree)
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt (I used @coyo_uk )

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp tomato purée
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp mixed herbs /oregano
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220c.

  2. In a bowl mix together the flour and yoghurt with your hands until it combines into a dough. Flour a rolling pin and your surface and roll into a circle.

  3. Mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl with a fork.

  4. Using a spoon, spread the sauce all over the base.

  5. Top with your favourite toppings, slices of mushroom, fresh basil and grated @violife_foods cheese is yummy!

  6. Bake in the oven for 15 mins or until the crust is golden
