Quick and Easy Gluten-Free Mini Pizza
Ingredients
Base
- 4 tbsp self raising flour (I used @dovesfarm glutenfree)
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt (I used @coyo_uk )
Sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato purée
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp mixed herbs /oregano
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp olive oil
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 220c.
In a bowl mix together the flour and yoghurt with your hands until it combines into a dough. Flour a rolling pin and your surface and roll into a circle.
Mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl with a fork.
Using a spoon, spread the sauce all over the base.
Top with your favourite toppings, slices of mushroom, fresh basil and grated @violife_foods cheese is yummy!
Bake in the oven for 15 mins or until the crust is golden
