Quick Vegan Meal
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat)
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp sambal olek
Preparation
Whisk to combine the sauce in a bowl, set aside.
Cook tofu and garlic in a pan with water or sesame oil.
Add rest of the veggies and the sauce, let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add in whole wheat noodles, stir to combine and SERVE! ?
