Creamy Tahini Garlic Zucchini Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
- spiralized zucchini noodles
Sauce
- 1/2 cup/120 ml tahini
- 3/4 cup/180 ml water
- 1 fresh garlic clove / 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Toppings
- chickpeas
- pine nuts
Preparation
Blend all sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor and pour over spiralized zucchini noodles.
Top with chickpeas and pine nuts.
