Dairy-Free Chocolate Banana Pops with Seed Flour
Ingredients
- 5 bananas
- 1 c dairy/soy free chocolate chips
- 1/2 c Superfood Seed Flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Half bananas and place on skewers, straws, or popsicle sticks
Place in freezer on lined cookie sheet for 1 hour
Once bananas are chilled, place chocolate chips, coconut oil and seed flour in a small saucepan on medium heat
Stir until combined and smooth
Dip or spoon melted chocolate mixture over bananas
Add your favorite toppings
Place back in freezer for 30 minutes
