Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 bananas
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
- 2 tablespoons apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Cook the mixture on medium heat.
Top with desired additions such as additional nut butter, strawberries, and honey, and serve. This recipe serves 2 people.
