Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
  • 2 tablespoons apple sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Cook the mixture on medium heat.

  3. Top with desired additions such as additional nut butter, strawberries, and honey, and serve. This recipe serves 2 people.
