Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes with Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup plant milk (plus extra if desired)
- 1 and 1/2 bananas
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
- Bananas
- Blueberries
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chunky peanut butter
- Golden syrup
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Put a frying pan on the hob and add a teeny bit of oil or margarine. If you have a really good non-stick pan, you can omit the oil.
Add a ladle full of the pancake mixture to the pan. Once you see little air bubbles starting to form on the top, flip your pancake.
Create your stack and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes 12 pancakes and is gluten-free and refined sugar-free.
Top with bananas, blueberries, vanilla ice cream, chunky peanut butter, and golden syrup for added flavor.
