Healthy Winter Smoothie with Fruits and Powders
Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 2 bananas
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 cup wild blueberries
- 1 cup frozen fruit medley
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 tsp raw honey
- small handful spinach
- 2 tsp D-mannose powder
- 1 tsp rosehips powder
- 2 scoops milk thistle powder
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
