Healthy Winter Smoothie with Fruits and Powders

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 cup wild blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen fruit medley
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • small handful spinach
  • 2 tsp D-mannose powder
  • 1 tsp rosehips powder
  • 2 scoops milk thistle powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Enjoy the smoothie.
