Purple Yam Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 200 grams purple yam
- 500 milliliters coconut milk
- 120 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Steam the purple yam until soft, then let it cool.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, then freeze in the freezer.
Blend the mixture again until smooth, then freeze again.
Repeat the blending and freezing process multiple times until the ice cream is soft and smooth, adjusting to preference.
