Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Natural Mojo Choco Dream
Ingredients
- 240 ml aquafaba
- 100g dark vegan chocolate (80%)
- 20g Choco Dream
- 2 tablespoons xylitol or erythritol
Preparation
Beat aquafaba in a food processor for 7-10 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Add xylitol and Choco Dream.
Melt the chocolate and gently fold it into the fluffy mixture.
Fill the mixture into glasses and let it set in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
