Apricot Protein Porridge with Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 150ml plant-based drink (optional milk)
- 30g oat flour
- 20g xylitol
- 25g protein powder (optional)
Preparation
In a pot, cook the oats under constant stirring in the plant-based drink.
Add xylitol and protein powder (optional). Stir until everything is well mixed. Pour the porridge into a bowl and refine with toppings as desired.
