Apricot Protein Porridge with Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 150ml plant-based drink (optional milk)
  • 30g oat flour
  • 20g xylitol
  • 25g protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a pot, cook the oats under constant stirring in the plant-based drink.

  2. Add xylitol and protein powder (optional). Stir until everything is well mixed. Pour the porridge into a bowl and refine with toppings as desired.
