Mandarin Coconut Chia Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup organic chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed mandarin juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic vanilla almond milk

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup organic chia seeds with 1/4 cup freshly squeezed mandarin juice and 1 cup unsweetened organic vanilla almond milk.

  2. Mix well using a fork or small whisk.

  3. Store in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight before serving.

  4. Top with any fresh or dried fruits, coconut flakes, crushed nuts, or anything desired.
