Mandarin Coconut Chia Cups
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup organic chia seeds
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed mandarin juice
- 1 cup unsweetened organic vanilla almond milk
Preparation
In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup organic chia seeds with 1/4 cup freshly squeezed mandarin juice and 1 cup unsweetened organic vanilla almond milk.
Mix well using a fork or small whisk.
Store in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight before serving.
Top with any fresh or dried fruits, coconut flakes, crushed nuts, or anything desired.
