Spiced Turmeric Latte for a Healthy Boost

Ingredients

  • 300ml unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Optional: a little maple or date syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pan.

  2. Simmer for a few minutes.

  3. Add syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.
