Spiced Turmeric Latte for a Healthy Boost
Ingredients
- 300ml unsweetened plant milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- Pinch of black pepper
- Optional: a little maple or date syrup
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a pan.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Add syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.
