Chickpea Salad with Lime and Cumin

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of Chickpeas (drained)
  • 1/2 chopped Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup desiccated Coconut
  • Handful of chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of Pink Salt
  • Juice of a full Lime

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Mix well to ensure even distribution of flavors.
