Chickpea Salad with Lime and Cumin
Ingredients
- 1 tin of Chickpeas (drained)
- 1/2 chopped Red Onion
- 1/4 cup desiccated Coconut
- Handful of chopped Coriander
- 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp of Pink Salt
- Juice of a full Lime
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well to ensure even distribution of flavors.
