Delicious Banana and Date Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Himalayan salt
  • ~5-6 dates
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • soaked goji berries
  • mango
  • coconut
  • almonds
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Add 1/2 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup oat milk, 1/2 cup coconut cream, sprinkle of cinnamon, and Himalayan salt, then cook on low/medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  2. Chop up approximately 5-6 dates and melt 1/2 frozen banana, then add both to the oats.

  3. Once the mixture is thick (you may need to add more liquid), top with soaked goji berries, mango, coconut, almonds, and cacao nibs.
