Fresh and Easy Russian Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • 100 g canned tuna
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes and carrots with skin until tender

  2. Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, peel and chop them

  3. Peel the potatoes and carrots, and cut everything into small cubes

  4. Finely chop the onion and pickles

  5. Mix in a bowl potatoes, carrots, egg, onion, pickles, and flaked tuna

  6. Add mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and mix well

  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to make it well chilled and for flavors to meld
