Easy Potato Bowl Salad
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 teaspoon butter
- half teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- a pinch of parsley
- garnish
Sauce
- 4 tablespoons strained yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- a little salt
Preparation
Grate the carrots and sauté in a little oil until soft, then set aside some for garnish.
Boil the potatoes and mash them until smooth.
Add butter, salt, pepper, and the sautéed carrots to the mashed potatoes and mix until well combined.
Allow the mixture to cool, then add chopped parsley and mix again.
Shape the mixture into small balls and use a garlic press wrapped in cling film to create a hollow in the center, then fill with garnish.
Mix the sauce ingredients well.
Spoon the sauce over the potato cups, garnish with the reserved carrots, and serve.
