Fried Cauliflower with Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
For frying
- Corn oil
Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized pieces.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan.
Fry the cauliflower pieces until golden brown, remove and let cool.
In a bowl, place the garlic, yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, paprika, and salt, mix to combine.
Add the fried cauliflower, using a fork, mix with the mixture while pressing slightly to break it up a bit.
Place in a serving dish, garnish as desired, and serve at room temperature or cold.
